Managed airlines

For airlines

A managed airline is an airline whose tenders your team runs. Open Settings → Managed airlines to set an alias and choose whether each airline's users can act on their tenders or only follow along.

Interactive or Read-only

Use the toggle in the Actions column. Only Managers can change it. The setting applies only to that airline's tenders — your own team is unaffected either way.

State What the airline's users can do
Interactive Default. Users act according to their own role (see User management). Managers edit, Users bid, Viewers read-only.
Read-only All users from that airline can view and export but cannot edit, bid, award, send chat, or change settings.

Aliases

The alias is an internal label your team sees in reports — handy for shortening long entity names or grouping subsidiaries. The airline's official name still appears on tender documents and on their own view of the platform. Click the pencil icon to edit; leave blank to fall back to the official name.

Your own company

Your company appears in the list with a dash in the Actions column. The toggle is hidden so you cannot lock yourself out of your own tenders.
