Sign Up & Activation

Sign Up Form

  1. To create a new account go to and click on the Sign Up button.
  2. Select account type.
    • Airline accounts can launch tenders and invite suppliers to bid.
    • Fuel Supplier accounts can only respond to the tenders where they are invited.
  3. Complete the sign up form, agree with the standard Terms and Conditions, Cookie Use and Privacy Policy.
  4. Submit registration form by clicking Create Account
Email Verification

  1. As soon as all the above sign up steps have been completed an email address verification link will be sent to the email address specified in the registration form.
  2. Click on Validate Email button to complete the signup process
Account Activation

  1. Once the account email address is verified the Accounts Team has 24 hours to review and approve a new account.
  2. An activation notice email will be sent to the user as soon as the account has been activated.
Important: Accounts with unverified email addresses, inactive accounts can not login or use the password recovery tool to reset their password.
