Glossary

Open Settings → System Settings → Glossary. Use this to standardize terminology across your tenders — e.g. how you abbreviate fuel grades, fee names, or contract types — so every dashboard, export, and supplier-facing document uses the same words.

Add a term

1. Enter the term and its definition.
2. Save.

The term becomes available wherever it's referenced (tender notes, exports, bid analysis tooltips).

Tips

• Coordinate with your team before renaming a term — shared dashboards and tooltips switch to the new wording right away.
• Already-downloaded exports keep the wording they had at the time you generated them.
