General settings

Open Settings → System Settings and select the General tab.

Date format

Controls how dates render across the platform — invitations, exports, dashboards. Pick the format your team and suppliers expect.

Tender type

Read-only summary of your account's tender type (open/sealed/etc.). To change it, contact your account manager.

Supplier visibility

Hide declined locations from suppliers in subsequent rounds — when on, a supplier who didn't bid on a location in one round won't see that location in their lists, import templates, or exports for later rounds. Useful when you want to focus rounds with each supplier on locations they're actually competitive at.
