Getting Started

What does it cost?

Your first tender is free. See Pricing for the plans. Suppliers bid at no cost.

How do we get started?

Create an account with your company email address and run your first tender, or book a walkthrough first.

Do our suppliers need to install anything?

No. Suppliers bid in a web browser, online or in Excel, and their account is free.

Running Tenders

Can we run sealed and real-time tenders?

Yes. In a sealed tender, you see who has bid while the round is open, and the prices when it closes. In a real-time tender, you see each bid as soon as it is submitted. Suppliers see which type a tender is.

Can we run several rounds?

Yes. Close a round, give suppliers feedback, and invite them to the next round. You can extend a round and choose who is notified.

Can the tender use our own terms and fields?

Yes, on every plan. You can name and arrange the bid fields to match your own conventions and choose what suppliers must fill in.

How do we compare and award bids?

All bids are shown in your currency and unit, next to your current contracts. You award all or part of a location, suppliers sign online, and you export awards and contracts to Excel.

Confidentiality and Security

Who can see our tender data?

Only your team and the suppliers you invite. Each supplier sees only its own prices, never another supplier's prices, ranks or comparisons.

How is our data protected?

Every user signs in with two steps, a password and a one-time code, and roles decide who may do what. See the Security & Compliance Overview. Further security details are available under NDA: write to [email protected].

Integrations

Which market prices can we use?

S&P Global Energy and Argus Media prices, with your own subscription. Each person uses their own S&P Global Energy login. Bids are converted to your currency automatically. See Integrations.

Can we connect our own systems?

Yes. An API for your in-house systems is available on request, and IATA Fuel Tender Standard XML on the Enterprise plan.
